Shipping policy

1. Digital Products

All programs, templates, and guides are delivered electronically as PDF downloads or via email link immediately after purchase. No physical products will be shipped. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

2. Coaching Services

Online coaching is delivered virtually (via email, video call, or agreed-upon platforms). No shipping or physical delivery applies to coaching services.

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience trouble accessing your digital product, contact us at macathleticscompany@gmail.com, and we will resend the file or provide alternate access. Mac Athletics is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.
