Coaching is delivered through the Everfit app, where clients receive their personalized training program, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, and ongoing support. Programs are tailored to the individual’s goals, training experience, and available equipment, making it a practical and effective option for people who want expert direction from anywhere.
